What are the basic terms and conditions I need to follow if I want to play Eurojackpot?

To participate in EuroJackpot you must be 18 years old or over (keep passport ready for age verification).

After payment you will receive your ticket. On the ticket all the information is presented clearly. It serves as a proof of your participation, which you can use to cash out your winnings at any collection point.

You should therefore keep your tickets safe! It is considered a bearer’s responsibility! Without the ticket winnings will not be paid out.

How long do I have to claim my EuroJackpot prize?

Prizes need to be claimed within 13 weeks of the draw date.

Can I pay for the EuroJackpot ticket with my ATM card?

Most retailers will only accept cash but some of them will also accept cards. A payment by debit card is also possible if you are buying online.

How to Play EuroJackpot?

Tick 5 numbers between 1 and 50 in box A and 2 numbers between 1 to 8 in box B. The numbers in the B-field are called the euro numbers.

Can I play EuroJackpot online?

Yes and No. You can play EuroJackpot online from Lotto.com no matter where you live in the world. But if you are using official site specific to one country  then you will have to be a resident of that particular country to buy tickets from their website and also at the time of buying the ticket you will have to be in that country. And when it comes to Germany, you can’t buy tickets online at all.
